Job Description
About the role
You will lead a team of Case Officers and Lead Case Officers, responsible for handling concerns raised about how information has been handled by organisations in the public and private sector. You will lead your team in maintaining their individual caseloads and working within advertised service standards. Youll work with organisations to identify areas where they can improve their compliance with the legislation we oversee and will be responsible for some stakeholder engagement.
