To succeed in this role you will have experience of leading teams, providing Colleagues with clear direction through proactive engagement. You will be able to deliver operational targets and be ‘all in for the customer’ ensuring that the service our Customers’ expect to receive from M&S is never compromised. If you have logistics experience within a similar role that’s great although this is not essential and we are open to receiving applications from all sectors!
You’ll be a proactive, self-starting individual who thrives within a fast-paced environment, able to ‘own it and get it done’. You will understand commercial outcomes of decisions and the impact on other areas of the business. You’ll be customer focused and aware of the external and internal customer requirements for quality, efficiency and accuracy. You’ll have a flexible approach to work and be willing and able to adjust to the demands of a changing and agile environment.
