The Team
The Service Solutions Group is responsible for delivering the best customer experience in the financial services industry to both our customers, and to internal associates located in Personal Investing’s Regional Phone Centers and Branch Network. The team is empowered and trained to resolve most issues “at point of service,†and will proactively reach out to customers to resolve “not in good order†items and other Fidelity identified issues.
Your Expertise
Proven Financial Services Leadership Experience (with series 7, 63, 9 & 10 licenses)
Empower associates to grow and develop in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Drive business results and solve complex problems.
Cross-functional business acumen and ability to integrate multiple goals and priorities into solutions delivered.
Coach and develop associates in our culture of Ownership.
Experience with regulatory and compliance practices and rules.
Your Purpose
Lead and inspire a team of associates to deliver quality solutions for our clients and business partners.
Provide strategic direction and execution to serve our associates as they commit to proactively reach out to customers to successfully resolve “not in good order†items primarily related to Account Management, Transfer of Assets, and Money Movement.
Build business scale and efficiency, deliver results, grow associate engagement and development in SSG.

COVID work policy
Safety is our top priority, so this role will be fully remote for the short term. Once we can be together in person with fewer safety measures, this role will move to our dynamic working approach. You'll be spending some of your time onsite depending on the nature and needs of your role.
