Required Skills:
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/ Elect./Auto./Prod. Engineering
Experience: 4-5 Years’ experience in Supervising of Manufacturing / Operation
ï‚· Proven experience as Team lead or similar role
ï‚· Advanced skills in MS Office
ï‚· Organizational and leadership abilities
ï‚· Communication and interpersonal skills
ï‚· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
ï‚· Problem-solving skills
Responsibilities.
ï‚· Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
ï‚· Daily/weekly shift planning
ï‚· Oversee and coach Team members/ agency employees
ï‚· Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
ï‚· Check production output according to specifications for Testing & paint.
ï‚· Submit reports on daily / monthly QG performance
ï‚· Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
ï‚· Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
ï‚· Monitors and audits PQVC metrics at the cell level in their area, e.g., audits performance
compared to Standard Work, significant control points, and area indicators.
• Assists with creating, training, and implementing Standardized Work processes and
documentation.
• Collects data and updates metric boards as needed.
• Participates in Process Improvement dialogs at the cell level.
