Job Summary

The Team Lead of Reverse Logistics is a culture creator highly focused on leadership and team development.  Accountable for successful collaboration with customers to meet business needs with attention to simplicity of design and ease of use/interaction. Drives and resolves information requests and communicate the impact to stakeholders. The Reverse logistics team is responsible for deduction management, providing disposition on refused product, and identifying cost reduction initiatives.  Responsible for leading both internal and 3rd party outsourced team.  The responsibilities of this role could span across all teams within Global Business Services, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, the Center of Excellence, Vendor Management, Data Management, and Customer Order Management.  In addition to GBS, this role will partner with cross functional teams including Transportation, Warehousing, Customer Supply Chain as well as external transportation carriers and customers. 

You Will:

  • Study, interpret, and develop understanding of problems and opportunities
  • Monitor reporting; build recommendations that drive action / resolution
  • Present findings that promote understanding, agreement, and informed decision-making
  • Establish processes and implement recommended improvements
  • Engineer strategic solutions that withstand the variability inherent to the business
  • Complete projects on time, within budget, and defect-free while holding team members accountable for accurate execution of assigned tasks
  • Summarizes and communicates recommendations to leadership
  • Manage direct reports; lead efforts of team members in meeting goals
  • Formally lead the team, giving guidance, training support and peer coaching
  • Resolve conflict and act as escalation contact for all partners.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree required, in Supply Chain, Business, or Technology related field.
  • 5+ years previous Supply Chain or Business Services experience
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management principles, transportation, warehouse management, customer supply chain.
  • Prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Domestic and International travel may be required
  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future
