Partner with the best

The Team Lead will be responsible for the areas that support the identification and development of the product offerings for the business.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

·       Functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy

·       Communicating across direct organization

·       Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy

·       Handling latitude in project technique

·       Supporting Com Ops with tender submission

·       1st Level of Escalation for operational and contractual discussions

·       Forecasting resourcing needs for overall LWI organization

·       Providing management updates to Operations, Asset status & engineering SOW as requested

·       Working with PMs to ensure Operations are executed in line with processes and clients’ needs

·       Ensuring engineering group is delivering as per process and project requirements while maintaining global alignment with the engineering function and other engineering mangers

·       Working with the asset group to ensure assets are maintained ready for operations (in line with product company process) while supporting the production of yearly AFE’s for each asset

·       Overall financial responsibility for reporting LWI organization and the LWI “mini” P&L to regional manager

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)

·       Have 3+ years of experience in Project Management

·       Have 3+ years of experience with Lightwell Intervention Product Line

·       Have experience with Process Improvement, Commercial Bid Formation, and Operations Management is a Plus
