THE MUST-HAVES
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Maintaining all headcount numbers and organisation charts, helping with recruitment activities and admin
- Co-ordinating calendar and booking requirements and management updates
- Coordination and maintenance of compliance, governance and business continuity processes tracking
- Collating weekly reports/content creation
- Tracking and submission/communication of “Shoutsâ€, Sparkle and incentive activity
- Maintain Distribution Lists
- Ensures expenses/mileage claims are kept up to date and within company guidelines
- Provides office administration as required including booking meeting rooms, equipment etc
THE STUFF WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We'd love you to bring;
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft packages – specifically Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in administration or assistant role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
