As a Talent Manager, you will be collaborating with business leaders to develop high performing teams to meet our business needs. You will also take the lead in establishing corporate employee engagement initiatives that drive a positive and productive work environment
Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR Business Partners on Talent Management processes and development needs for corporate staffs in NA & EU.
• Lead Talent Management Center of Excellence Organizational Development initiatives focused on the employee experience and the corporate culture.
• Design and facilitate professional and leadership development training to meet business needs
• Conduct analyses of talent management trends and design strategies to address talent challenges, gaps, and process improvements
• Provide consultative support to HR team, clients and managers for career planning, performance management, performance gap analysis, and designing and conducting programs that build professional and leadership skills and capabilities
• Support the Succession Planning and Development Process
• Design and deliver learning & development strategies
• Conduct 360 assessments and deliver coaching to leaders
• Design, develop and facilitate teambuilding activities to support employee engagement strategies
• Work as part of the Global Talent Management team on various Talent Management projects to meet the needs of the business
• Recommend Meritor eLearning solutions to corporate staffs
• Conduct employee focus groups to complement employee engagement activities within the business unit
• Create effective communication plans with leaders regarding development and engagement
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of organizational behavior and organizational change practices preferred
• 5 -7 years of experience developing and implementing Talent management initiatives including employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Knowledge of eLearning, 360 assessments, coaching skills and experience delivering soft skill training preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills / ability to collaborate effectively
• Possesses the ability to think creatively together with innovative people solutions
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing independently
• Ability to travel required
