Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

•    Design, develop, implement, manage and enhance assigned Talent Management processes and programs
•    Consult, coach, train and partner with HRBPs to ensure an effective and high-quality execution of talent management strategies
•    Drive the improvement of existing talent management programs and processes to include collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders to review and secure feedback
•    Assess and analyze Talent Management needs/trends in respective regions and recommend solutions, resources, initiatives, and/or methods to fill the Talent Management gap
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. 
•    Partner with People Analytics to develop and leverage tools, processes, analytics and dashboards to analyze/report on and support Talent Management practices
•    Develop, refresh, publish and distribute support and implementation materials/collateral for assigned Talent Management programs
•    Own the development and train-the-trainer delivery of training for assigned Talent Management programs
•    Serve as Talent Management subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership, best practices, trends and/or statistics
•    Actively collaborate with other members of HR on information requests and best practice sharing
•    Research and keep abreast of external trends, innovations, and best practices in the talent management arena to ensure quality of programs
•    Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

•    Partners with vendors on soliciting proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing to TM Program budget

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Demonstrated knowledge of designing and implementing talent development processes and programs including onboarding, internships, and rotational programs
•    Advanced working experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
•    Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing effective Talent Management solutions that are practical, realistic, innovative, and scalable
•    Project Management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate agility in a demanding work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities while meeting timelines
•    Ability to apply adult learning theory to develop creative solutions that drive learning outcomes and behavioral change
•    Ability to work in and manage ambiguity in a highly matrixed organization
•    Ability to function independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, collaborative demeanor, and commitment to excellence
•    Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time upon request
•    Preferred Qualifications: Experience shaping and implementing competency management strategy; Experience managing internal coaching and assessment programs; ICF certification; Certifications in psychometric assessments (e.g. EQ, Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, etc.)
