The Role
As a Learning Technology Consultant (LTC), you will research, test, and implement innovative technology-enabled solutions that optimize the modern learner’s experience. You will work closely with members of the Talent & Learning organization, other Fidelity Learning & Development groups, and our business partners to ensure the innovative technology solutions meet the business needs of our key partners and Fidelity’s learners. You will mentor our T&L associates to share learning technology best practices and provide education on various learning products.

The LTC is part of the Operations and Strategy group in WI/HCG/APS Talent & Learning. The team provides support for Talent & Learning associates so that they can meet the learning needs of our business partners. You will collaborate with other Fidelity learning organizations, Fidelity research teams and external vendors to identify the learning tools and technology to scan, test and in some cases implement. This role is integral to helping our organization move forward in driving vitality and crafting a culture of continuous learning in a productive and enjoyable manner using intuitive learning technology and tools.
