Ensuring the availability and development of individual talents and key team capabilities, leading organizational change management. Your Responsibilities:• 

You will direct and control the design and implementation of the strategy of development of the company's collaborators, in order to guarantee the existence of a model that supports the organizational performance of leaders and workteams.• You will be responsible for talent acquisition practices, development and training of capabilities and skills according to the strategic requirements.• You will participate in the design of the strategy of our attraction processes and experience of our future collaborators, linking you at all times with the business units in order to be able to attract the best people. Our focus on corporate values ​​will guide your implementations.• You will lead transformations from different angles, systematizing and enhancing our organizational culture, we are very proud of the organization that we have built, and we want to keep the best of us... Your Profile:•

 You are a professional occupational psychologist, industrial engineer or commercial engineer, with a specialization or postgraduate degree in Talent Management, Development organizational and/or skills training.• Accounts with at least 3 years of related experience in similar positions, especially in leadership roles and coordination with centers of expertise or excellence.• The English language is one of your strengths, you manage to speak it, read it, understand and write it.• You are passionate about computer systems! Investing on digital transformation.• You are passionate about accompanying teams, have some training in coaching, and you have achieved your change management aspirations and optimization of organizational culture.• You love diverse teams, innovation in what you do and build your own challenges according to your potential and the opportunities that organizations have given you.• Likewise, you have at least 3 years with similar experience and almost 5 with related experience within this role• You are passionate about computer systems and have used ERP SAP HR or similar.• Likewise, you have experience working and/or administrating LMS.• You have experience working with people management platforms and software programs such as Talana, Success Factors, Buk, RankMi, Oracle HR, or similar.• Microsoft Excel is not a problem, you are an advanced user, and has ability of managing all the usability o this tool• You have experience working with Microsoft Power BI or any other BI Tool.• Numbers "speak" to you, letting you show a high level of Data analysis, Data builder, and, by the same, using this information to take decisions.• If you are an internal applicant, you have at least 2 years of experience in your actual role.
