The Talent and Performance Consultantwill identify and develop our employees' talents based on current and future business objectives. We seek a professional to develop training and procedures to ensure required skills are up-to-date within the organization.
Develop and implement talent and performance management processes.
Plan, coordinate and review activities regarding training and development, talent management and organization development.
Build performance frameworks to align individual and team goals with organization objectives and business results.
Develop and assess performance management metrics.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Human resources certificate
Minimum of eight years of organizational development and/or change management work experience
Core consulting experience with a Big 5 consulting firm
