What: We are excited to announce that Yum! will be hosting a summer internship program in 2025.

When: Summer 2025. Ten-Week (June-August), Full-Time Program (40 hours/week)

Where: Louisville, KY (Hybrid work environment)

Pay: Hourly pay for interns ranges from $18-$28 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and year in school.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to transform the internship program and experience.
• Bring fresh perspectives to our employment branding strategy and implement updates to existing content and platforms.
• Assist the TA team in managing the increased demand for open roles.
• Share best practices and research on talent acquisition and AI to aid in data-driven decision-making and automation. 
• Play a key role in onboarding new employees to the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
