Frasers Group are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us at our Head Office in Shirebrook, specialising in Warehouse and Supply Chain. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Delivering best in class recruitment, creating memorable candidate experiences and being a tireless brand advocate
- Seeking out the best quality candidates for our roles and supporting them through a structured and agile recruitment process
- Using creative attraction methods with an overarching focus on quality of hire and tapping into the passive candidate market
- Taking detailed job briefs from stakeholders, mapping out time to hire and agreeing deliverable dates
- Conducting regular benchmarking exercises. Supporting hiring goals with market knowledge and providing regular status updates to key hiring stakeholders
- Utilising talent communities and pools to nurture and develop future pipelines. Using your creativity as a marketer and building a communication strategy that engages and creates brand advocates
- Using job briefs and person specifications to create robust, criteria-based selection processes, utilising personality and behavioural assessments, skills testing, and practical assessments
- Owning the candidate journey from verbal offer to start, providing regular contact and ensuring each colleague gets a best in class service
- Developing compelling campaigns that will allow Frasers to stand out from the crowd and ensure we attract colleagues that match our value and commercial goals
- Creating meaningful and impactful MI reporting that supports your talent acquisition strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally experience from an agency or fast paced, high volume in-house recruitment environment
- Ideally, experience of a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytically minded, able to interpret data and bring the story of the numbers to life
- Finds ways to create efficiencies in processes and operates with a continuous improvement mindset
- Naturally a creative thinker
