Frasers Group are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist join us at our Head Office in Shirebrook, specialising in the Gyms and fitness side of our business. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Delivering best in class recruitment, creating memorable candidate experiences and being a tireless brand advocate
- Seeking out the best quality candidates for our roles and supporting them through a structured and agile recruitment process
- Working at pace to deliver resource needs both proactively and reactively
- Working with on-site and regional stakeholders to develop a local talent attraction and sourcing strategy
- Using talent communities and location specific pools to allow for a rapid and relevant candidate shortlisting process
- Ensuring that local networks, referrals and POS attraction tools are utilised to facilitate a high percentage of Gym/Fitness recruitment
- Ensuring you are astute to the local and national needs of the recruitment world, tuning in to our position in the market and drawing on competitor knowledge
- Developing compelling campaigns that will allow Frasers to stand out from the crowd and ensure we attract colleagues that match our value and commercial goals
- Creating meaningful and impactful MI reporting that supports your talent acquisition strategy
- Conducting regular reviews of the Gyms and Fitness estate to ensure we remain competitive in our market, locally and nationally
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong Recruitment experience is essential, either agency or in-house
- Able to work at a fast pace, multi-tasking and prioritising a busy workload
- Experience managing high volume recruitment, using an ATS for large recruitment campaigns
- Able to build effective relationships with a diverse pool of internal stakeholders using strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Looking to develop a career with a global, commercial PLC
