BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven†individual to join as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (contract position). This position supports BorgWarner’s Indiana Technical Center (ITC) with sites in Noblesville and Kokomo, Indiana; and also supports the Auburn Hills, Michigan location. This position is located at Noblesville, Indiana and reports directly to the ITC HR Manager.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads talent sourcing and recruitment activities including University Relations. The role partners with the site HR Business Partners and various stakeholders to help build and deliver on key business strategies related to talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will help drive site initiatives involving diversity & inclusion.
