Core Responsibilities

This role will contribute to our ambitious Talent Acquisition agenda driving end-to-end recruitment activities for technology roles across the following core areas: UX/UI, Cyber security, Infrastructure & Integration, Data Analytics, Big Data and Software Engineering.

Your focus will be to support roles based in our London and Billund Hubs, working as part of a vibrant and international team. More specifically, you will be responsible to:

• Understand and drive your own portfolio of technology hires through deep market understanding and close collaboration with hiring leaders and broader HR community

• Together with the Digital Technology talent team, proactively build market insights, activate relevant sourcing activities and nurture talent pools to increase availability of talent short and medium term

• Increase diversity of candidate pools and drive quality of hire through better candidate segmentation and objectivity

• Build on and help develop our attraction strategies and methodologies in the region and champion how we bring them to life in the candidate market

• Support an outstanding candidate, pre & on-boarding experience for new hires that strives to drive enhanced engagement, productivity, and retention

This role resides in our Talent function in the LEGO Group’s People, Operations & Development (PO&D) organisation.

As our newest colleague, you'll be a member of the Talent Operations EMEA team. Globally, we have many Talent Hubs to connect with - including our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence managing the end to end eco-system across all aspects of TA.

Do you have what it takes?

• Successful and rich experience in technology recruitment, managing processes internationally and developing talent pools from a distance

• Knowledge of the Tech and Digital talent market, key user groups and bravery to work outside of the 'usual' channels. We're looking for someone curious how we can attract talent sustainably.

• Outstanding ability to identify and navigate sourcing and brand attraction tools and methodologies for the ultimate employer brand experience

• Ability to effectively balance and prioritise multiple projects, communications, follow through, and candidate activities

• Confidence in building new relationships to carefully curate candidate and hiring leader experience
