Responsibilities

• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Source potential candidates through online channels including social media platforms and professional networks. (especially through LinkedIn)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Develop long-term recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 2-8 years of work experience in recruiting, sourcing, marketing or HR is typically required.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. 
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
• Experience planning and hosting candidate engagement events, both physical and digital.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• B.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
