About this Opportunity

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Director, you will play an essential role in the delivery of our award-winning candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You'll manage multiple priorities with attention to the details as you plan and finalize interview logistics across the US and help our successful new hires through the background and drug screen process. This is a highly valued role within our organization, being an essential contact for our candidates as you work with our recruiters, HR partners and Hiring Managers. What you’ll do

You’ll have the opportunity to solve hiring problems, guide the decisions, and ensure we’re making the best hiring decisions:

  • Provide a high-touch service with candidates to schedule and confirm interviews by email and by phone 24 to 48 hours before first meeting
  • Upon completion of the search, work with recruiters to close requisition, complete applicant tracking, complete candidate evaluations in our ATS (Workday), document & close search file and follow-up with all non-selected candidates observing standard national process
  • Administrative support responsibilities including creating and closing job files, drafting offer letters, sending correspondence to candidates, monthly reports, reconciling all charges related to recruiting, and coordinating the flow of candidate visits and interviews
  • Coordinate closely with Recruiter to ensure accomplishment of the internal clients' specific staffing needs from a quality, cost, time-to-fill and diversity perspective
  • Work with TA Director, Recruiting Managers and Recruiters in the preparation of required reports and other documentation
  • Provide Executive Recruiting Coordination including scheduling interviews, facilitating an excellent candidate experience, drafting offer letters and submitting background checks/drug screens.
  • Provide College Recruiting Coordination including completing event registrations/interview requests, coordinating event logistics and administrative projects
  • Identify and build internal relationships to help accomplish priorities and goals
  • Partner with HR, internal clients and recruiting team to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs

Sounds Like You?

You could be who we’re seeking if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of previous HR/staffing experience
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ideally Workday)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Can interact professionally and positively at all levels within the Conagra enterprise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
  • Have a high degree of energy and customer service orientation along with a highly professional phone manner
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Can work on multiple, complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and the ability to see projects to completion with limited supervision
  • Maintain highly confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future
