The TA Representative Admin will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews, and administering the tools required to do so, for all the professionals and above level across the Americas. This individual must be able to communicate clearly in writing via English, with professional level leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners to swiftly schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining alignment with defined processes.

Core Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate interviews, reschedules and calendar requests while proactively anticipating and resolving issues through effective communication, customer service & expectations management.

·       Engage and build trust with candidates, effectively representing the Ingredion Employment Brand.

·       Provide support for successful interview scheduling & leveraging technologies.

·       Support initiatives in Talent Acquisition Process Excellence.

·       Enthusiastically provide information, to both internal employees & external candidates.

·       Represent the department and company in a professional manner.

Qualified candidates will have:

·       Bachelor’s Degree required.

·       1-2 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.

·       Experience preferred with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, Workday, SuccessFactors or similar)

·       Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·       High energy & enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation.

·       Strong verbal/written English & Spanish communication skill required, Portuguese desired.
