The Business Analytics Lead Analyst is responsible for the analysis, development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and other BI solutions that support and fulfill business needs across Customer and Client Service Experience (CCSE).
Responsibilities
Large-scale data extraction, transformation, analysis, and data visualizations
Create normalized reporting layers that can be utilized as sources of truth and on future projects
Build suites of tools, designed to assist with a variety of management functions including dashboards, data visualizations, reports, data-extracts, and in-depth analyses
Qualifications
2+ years' of data visualization experience (Tableau preferred)
SQL and/or Teradata experience highly desired
Medicare/Healthcare experience preferred
Business Analyst or Data Analyst experience preferred
This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
