Summary:

Using Agile principles, lead planning requirements of the next phase in our digital transformation; Identifying areas of improvement, aligning the IT solution to the standardized process, translating business cases into storyboard via Tableau. Lead the Tableau team projects ensuring consistent design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into Tableau reports

• Develop executive level dashboard in Tableau storyboards

• Lead and consult on key projects/initiatives for global supply chain application database.

• Participate and/or facilitate testing teams.

• Identify both technical and application solutions for business needs.

• Gathered and harmonized business and system requirements to the global supply chain application database for integrated supply chain globally

• Assist the Program Manager and the development team members in planning each release

• Ensure that the organization's release controls are documented and well understood by development Teams and Program Support Teams

• Ensure that a detailed deployment plan has been documented along with a back out plan should anything go wrong during deployment

• Coordinate with the business team and the development team to ensure that communications to all stakeholders have been properly prepared and reviewed

• Ensure the report/deliverable has been correctly and completely integrated across the regions

• Manages evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives

Qualifications:

• BS Degree

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Successful experience in using Tableau to develop storyboard and reports (and/or any similar systems)

• Strong Data reporting & analytical skills

• Database programming would be advantageous

• Good problem-solving skills (e.g. conduct root-cause analyses)

• Good application of data risk management

• Process driven and able to meet tight deadlines

• Strong attention to detail /accuracy

• Expert knowledge of Excel
