This position is responsible for Model N and SAP support for P&CO.  The position supports all Model N and SAP system related projects within P&CO and manages the design/enhancement/implementation/testing of any required modifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supports Model N and SAP for P&CO services and the technology used to manage and process wholesaler and distributor chargebacks
• Plans and directs the support required for developing, monitoring, and administering Model N and SAP within the group
• Acts as the group expert and representative on technology support and maintenance to other BMS groups, and to IT groups of wholesalers and distributers
• Participates as needed in the ongoing design/enhancement/implementation/testing of Model N and SAP relative to customer master data, pricing and chargebacks.  In addition, participates in periodic IT testing such as user reviews, disaster recovery testing, etc.
• Interacts daily with IT support organizations, all P&CO groups, and with the Government and Public Program Ops teams to resolve pricing, customer, chargeback, or other system related issues.  Applies technology to business processes to obtain operational efficiencies and productivity.
• Helps maintain business relationships with our wholesalers and distributors as well as across matrix teams including the P&CO team, IT, Order to Cash Ops, and Government Price Reporting.
• Maintains customer identification tables (DEA and HIN) within SAP
• Follows-up on Model N and SAP-related Helpdesk tickets.
• Acts as back-up for the Systems Support Senior Analyst

Desired Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Information Management, or related field.
• Five years of business operations, logistics channel or financial management experience. Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Advanced computer literacy and strong technical aptitude with Model N and SAP
• Good communication, presentation and ability to interact and influence with different partners (local or remote).
• Knowledge of the order to cash and chargeback processes.
• Knowledge of all areas of the Pricing, Supply Chain and logistics functions.  Effective project management skills through development of project plans, resource allocation, successful plan implementation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of process and how to improve process

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have: 

• Model N to SAP interface experience.
• Solid knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred. 
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry pricing and reimbursement processes is preferred.
• An understanding of business needs and priorities, ensuring adherence to all relevant SOX, OIG, and compliance requirements.
