Systems Analyst

Description: The Menu System Analyst is responsible for execution of franchise menu updates. The System Analyst will work closely with the Franchise Business Analysts to execute tasks within the menu management and related systems such as updating and extracting menu files, verifying changes, and other general maintenance tasks.

Job Functions:
- Organizational expert on tools used to implement all menu and deal requirements
- Drives best practices in menu implementation for a consistent experience
- Responsible for testing and QA protocols that validate launch plans and executional accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Launches menu and deal content that supports national and franchise-specific initiatives
- Maintains SLAs on franchise deliverables
- Aligns on project plans and timelines with the Business Analyst
- Subject matter expert serving as consultant on technology projects and enhancements
Minimum

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years in a project management role
- MS Office expertise

- Extremely detailed and organized
- Accountability for time management and prioritization
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a positive teamwork mentality
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- JIRA and Confluence experience a plus
- Experience with Agile workflow a plus
- Restaurant experience
