Job Description:

Vice President, Systematic Trading Quant

The Role

Designing and Developing automated systematic trading system

Analyzing trading data and developing models to improve trading algorithms (VWAP, LSA, IS, Dark, etc.)

Partnering with business, trading consultants, product developers, data analysts and technology teams to improve product offering

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Master's of Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative discipline

Series 7 and 57 to be obtained within a time frame set by the business unit

Industry experience in systematic trading and Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) to improve trading algorithms

Solid understanding of US Equity market, trading algorithms and market microstructure

Technical knowledge in Python, KDB/Q, or R

The Team

Our Systematic Trading and Analytics Platform team develops trading capabilities and provides quantitative expertise to the design of next-generation brokerage products in the equity and fixed income market. We build trading infrastructure and create trading algorithms to help clients achieve the best execution. We work with clients to improve their trading strategy, educate them about market structure and trading tools, and provide consultation to help them tackle their unique problems.
