Please review the following job description:

The Syndicated Loan Servicing Department provides operational support for Asset Securitization deal structures where Truist is Participant Bank. The position is responsible for serving as the primary day-to-day contact for internal and external clients and facilitating loan servicing as outlined by Credit Agreements/Administrative Agent Banks.

Core duties include:

• Interact daily with internal and external clients
• Navigate and interpret complex legal documentation
• Timely and accurate processing of all loan and letter of credit activity for assigned portfolio including execution of payments (advances, principal, interest, and fees)
• Collection and remittance of funds from/to agent banks and internal clients.
• Serve as liaison between Agent Bank and internal clients, providing excellent customer service while meeting tight deadlines
• Reconciliation of control reports and engaging with leadership daily on Key Risk Indicators

Additional duties include:

• Generating reports/data for internal business partners
• Adhering to policies and procedures
• Collating system information for audit requests

Minimum Requirements:

• BS/BA College Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years in a Syndicated Loan Operations role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, work environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Loan IQ
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to extract and apply principles from legal documentation
• Knowledge of operational, administrative, and accounting requirements for loan servicing
• Capable of identifying potential risks and having the ability to formulate mitigating solutions
• Extremely detail oriented with a proven track record of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders including Clients, senior management and outside counsel
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Team-oriented work ethic that includes willingness to help others
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Prior experience with creating reports and/or queries for management or financial reporting
