Core Responsibilities:

• Sustainability Training – launch training for progressive farmers with adopting appropriate sustainability guidance practice for supplier and provide information sustainable program in visual aid: logos, poster, and media in mobile application sustainable feature

• Project Initiative – work closely with Senior Sustainability Supervisor to plan, design, and assist in the implementation of other project-related activities such as Reduce Green House Gas in farmland, Cover Crop, Agrochemical Utilization etc.

• Performance evaluate – rolling out farm self-assessment in SAI platform and generate a result for placement with objective development.

• System Control – keeps all partners aligned, accounts for any difficulties which may arise, avoids conflict and misunderstanding, boosts motivation and assists in decision-making in sustainable program.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:  

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Extension, or other subjects related to agronomy, horticulture, soil science, or agricultural development.
• 1-2 years of experience in of experience delivery of agricultural training or any research in agricultural.
• Ability to design training curricula based on and present in public training to farmers and local staff.
• English moderate, both written and spoken.
• Proficient Microsoft Office.
