Responsibilities
- Developing strong business relationships with key internal stakeholders in WWDD and our Customer Experience & Success (Support & CS, CSU) partners to clearly understand their business goals, current and future contracting strategies.
- Devising and driving strategic projects, most notably the scale and optimization of contracts and contracting empowerments and approvals. This role will both lead WWDD programs and play a critical role as stakeholder in/to CE&S programs impacting WWDD and services contracting.
- Delivering value through structured program principles; the iron triangle of scope/schedule/budget, risk management and reporting.
- Persona and stakeholder mapping. Important given the course of evolution underway between CE&S and WW Deal Desk.
- WW Deal Desk representative in organizational policy, process, governance and systems design discussions.
- Identifying, prioritizing and driving commercial process optimization and standardization for scale
- Change management lead and SME for contracting initiatives impacting both WW Deal Desk and CE&S, where applicable.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to prioritize and source projects/initiatives as well as capacity as needed. Managing or co-managing hygiene of SCC backlog.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of working within Services Support) or in other commercial contracting organizations; legal, contracting, offerings, pricing, strategy.
- Program Management experience; proven ability to drive programs from ideation to design, build, launch, to operate.
- Strong strategic leadership, storytelling and analytical skills, including ability to assess critical risks and trade-offs.
- Demonstrated flexibility - willing to fill in the gaps rather than relying on others where necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage across disciplines; sales, engineering, compliance, BI, legal and others.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office. Should go without saying.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
- Microsoft Services – Consulting, Support or CSE presales or contracting experience preferred.
- Creative and innovative thinking preferred. We want someone compelled to think around corners and challenge the status quo.
- Abiliy to work across different time zones and teams within EMEA.
