We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner (f/m/d) with excellent organizational skill for our client in Vienna.

Job Description

• Performing all the necessary operations within the supply chain to ensure the stream of goods to the end consumer• Overseeing the entire supply chain flow of information and physical assets involved in the distribution to European customers• Acting as the main point of contact for customers/agents/trading houses• Providing information to the sales staff• Managing the entire order cycle from order receipt until consumption:• Order creation• Production follow-up• Shipping follow-up (request shipments, monitor changes in the production plan, keep track of shipping deadlines, support in breakbulk shipments)• Act on all necessary changes (splitting items, price changes, change of specifications cancellations)• Monitor closely on customer's credit limits• Issue pro-forma invoices, follow-up payments and credit releases• Issue invoices cancellation documents• Demand forecasting• Reporting (internal & external)• Follow up goods availability• Book material on stock in SAP• Coordinate stock returns• Coordinate stock transfers• Cost validation• Coordinate stock-related issues with different parties (internal and external)• Keep a close eye on aged stock• Stock counts and regular inventory checks• Reporting (internal and external)• Act as the main point of contact for warehouses/freight forwarders and other logistics partners

The Successful Applicant

• Completed higher education• Minimum 2 years' experience supply chain planning• SAP skills• Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus• Very good sense of numbers and analytical thinking• Strong communication skills, committed, independent and well organized• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
