JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
This position in Global Parts Supply (GPS) Aftermarket Data Analytics (ADA) team will be responsible to define, develop & maintain standard reports for a wider supply base through collaboration using safe source of data. Through thorough analysis of the data provided to them, the position will also be responsible to provide insightful visuals that identify issues and lead to process improvements within the Parts business. This in turn help the management to visualize daily/weekly/monthly positions and trends of key business driving functionalities like Past Due, Backorder, Supplier Shipping Performance, etc.
Gather user requirements, Identify Safe Source - TACCSS (Transactional, Accurate, Clean, Complete, Safe source & Standardized) Stamp data & develop Master & Transaction Reports. Analyze available data to provide insightful visuals that identify issues and lead to process improvements.
Projects:
- Collaborate with different teams to implement standards.
- Participate or drive performance improvement projects.
- Initiate, lead and work closely with global teams on projects to make process improvements and enhancements.
BACKGROUND /EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in the following areas:
Power BI & Technical skills:
Very strong knowledge of Power Query (M) and DAX.
Experience with data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data modelling in Power BI (relationships, bi-directional filtering, etc.)
Experience with the publishing & sharing processes of Power BI reports & dashboards.
Knowledge of (Dynamic) Row Level Security concepts.
Experience with setting up drillthroughs (both in-report as well as cross-report).
Ability to be creative with design inside the boundaries of a pre-established reporting standard.
Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps & Power Automate.
Experience in handling Oracle, Snowflake and SnowSQL.
Willingness to learn and operate new technologies.
Soft skills:
Experience within a Supply Chain environment.
Must have the ability to identify & implement process improvements through data and data visualizations.
Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Has great communication skills – Is able to represent the Visualization Team and address its needs & requirements in meetings with process partners (inside & outside of the greater team).
Must be willing to work in different shifts to have enough overlap with Global team.
Desired Qualifications:
APICS CPIM or CSCP Certification.
Python & R.
Experience engaging customers to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Understanding of supply chain data and reporting:
Materials Planning Skills.
On-Time Shipping and delivery performance.
Past due & Backorder.
Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate and other O365 tools is a plus.
