Supply Chain Manager

You report directly to the COO and, upon your arrival, you take over the management of the four teams made up of around forty specialists in inventory planning and supply. Your sector is organized according to product groups and has all the tools and instruments currently used in inventory management. You empower your teams and the various stakeholders at the interfaces to use the applications and achieve the next stage of digitization. You value active exchanges with management and direct contacts with subsidiaries throughout Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Management of the Inventory Management division through four team leaders spread over several sites in Switzerland
• Initiation, supervision and management of projects and processes in your area of ​​responsibility within the framework of the desired Business Excellence
• Development and optimization of key indicators in your field of activity
• Introduction of S&OP tools and processes
• Close contact with your internal customers and group management
• Commitment and pleasure in managing change processes

Your profile

• Higher professional education with additional training in business management
• Executive experience in inventory management and planning
• Development and optimization of key indicators – stock status, coverage and availability
• Solid experience in managing interdisciplinary projects involving strong organizational impact and high skills in computer systems
• Great sense of communication, outgoing personality, fluent in French, German and English
