Job Description

What you’ll do

  • You lead entire supply chain organization of a factory from component inflow till shipment to the customer
  • You define and execute the logistics policy and built high performing teams to meet the overall business targets
  • You will lead logistic team and work with external logistics partners (carriers, 3PLs)  to ensure timely arrival of the components to the factory and smooth movement of the Finished Goods to the customers
  • You will lead internal logistics teams to ensure perfect component delivery to production lines
  • You will lead component planning team to drive operational excellence in component management (availability, inventory, slow moving) in complex & diversified environment.
  • You will lead production planning team to optimize production scheduling (cost) while improving service to our customers
  • You will drive New Production Introduction team to ensure that innovations are timely brought to market
  • You design and deploy the Supply Chain strategy in the factory
  • You ensure optimal Customer Service levels & cost efficiency in a complex Electronics, component driven environment
  • You define and initiate changes for lowering costs, lowering inventories, improving response time and shortening throughput times across the entire supply chain.
  • You drive SKU (stock keeping unit) management and other complexity reduction programs
  • You work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • You drive best in class planning, order management and internal logistics processes

Your qualifications

  • You have a university diploma (ideally in economics or supply chain)
  • You have minimum 5 years of component driven supply chain experience
  • You deeply understand Supply Chain business processes
  • You can translate strategy into actions and lead the change
  • You are customer centric
  • You have “scenario thinking” ability and you can make decisions properly
  • You can manage high complexity
  • You can build and lead high performing teams
  • You have impactful communication skills
  • You have a practical knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system) and Microsoft Excel
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish
