Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of Supply Chain cross-functional projects, process improvement, and business analytics, in alignment with business strategy, including process design, project implementation, change management, root cause and analytics, and more. The position is part of the Supply Chain team and will have significant customer and senior leadership facing interactions, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Manage the supply chain project portfolio including the prioritization of initiatives and timelines through completion
Participate in strategy and project idea creation, planning, implementation, and KPI/performance tracking
Lead current vs. future state process design activities
Develop and lead the communication to varying levels within and outside the organization on status updates
Work across multiple organizations to identify gaps in process, recommend solutions
Use performance metrics to measure the scope of the improvement opportunity
Analyze data and complete root cause analyses
Performs moderately complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data. Make recommendations for review.
Drive the standardization of processes and the implementation of metrics and best practices
Balance meeting business objectives and ensuring accountability while promoting collaborative and friendly environment
Create IT business requirements for supply chain system enhancements, being the liaison between the business and the technical teams to drive through completion
Provide leadership, mentoring & coaching to indirect supply chain teams
