Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

• Assist Supply Chain Manager in a range of activities to ensure timely delivery of goods / materials / supplies purchased and completion of services contracted, in accordance with quality required and other terms agreed with suppliers.• Conduct frequent analysis on the market price variation on the regularly purchased items & industry trends with keeping options of alternative sourcing in crisis moment.• Issue PO, track purchase / service / material release orders, contacting suppliers and confirming / negotiating deliveries as required.• Frequent communication with the Warehouse/Store Coordinators for timely GRN & resolve all the quality & service issue of the vendors.• Adhere to Group Procurement Policy; Ensure that supplier selection process as per procurement policy are strictly followed; Coordinate ‘purchase to pay’ process• Provide and/or enter data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date order status, especially updates to delivery dates. Generate order status reports and statistics as required. May communicate status of orders with internal customers.
