Job Description
This position is responsible for providing advanced analytics and optimization solutions to multiple functions within the E2E supply chain. This role will be part of a functional team providing applications and tools, new research and insights. This position is responsible for performing detailed and complex analyses of information from various sources to assist in managerial decisions as well as designing, developing and implementing tools and applications that lead to improved customer service and low logistics conversion costs (LCC). This position is also expected to create and lead projects that positively impact all aspects of Supply Chain performance, including transportation spend, warehousing, customer service and Do it Best initiatives. This position requires in depth knowledge of Supply Chain information systems in order to effectively combine all relevant data streams into applicable modeling solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
- BS / BA Business
- 5 years professional experience leading quantitative analysis and a proven track record working with continuous improvement implementation projects
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple high priority complex demands simultaneously
- Ability to work cross-functionally in the business to bring information and knowledge to the team regarding planning, operations and execution.
- Project management and program Implementation skills
Preferred Requirements:
- BS / BA Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science or an MBA or advanced degree
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Network Design, Logistics, Planning or similar discipline.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Llamasoft, JDA, SAP and/or Orion
- Experience leading change and implementing Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Develops recommendations and proposals that drive improvements to and support for the supply chain and the overall company strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date expertise for supply chain modeling through attendance of user groups, in-house training and outside seminars.
- Develop and maintain process to collect and incorporate business updates to end to end supply chain model
- Develop ongoing model iterations to support key decision points in the future customer centric network
- Provide analysis and insight to stakeholders, of optimized solutions for business continuity planning
