 Description Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost-effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm. GTI Supply Chain focuses on improving the quality of service to our clients by delivery a best in class manufacturing and retail experience. It consolidates all planning, scheduling, execution, governance, and improvement activities occurring across the infrastructure manufacturing and retail space. The Production Orchestration organization is designed as a service-aligned interface across the entire Infrastructure Manufacturing Operation to provide: Integrated Supply Delivery Planning & Scheduling Supply Delivery Governance Delivery & Workflow Optimization Risk & Issue Management Kaizen’s for incremental Improvements Program/Project Management Vendor Management Manufacturing Operations This is a critical position within Production Orchestration and requires someone who is extremely organized, can cope well under pressure, and has the drive and enthusiasm in what can be sometimes be a very challenging environment, to work effectively, independent of other services and programs within Production Orchestration. Qualifications 4+ years Supply Chain expertise IT knowledge of technology infrastructure systems and solutions preferred but not requirement Quality assurance and process improvement Project Management experience Team player Communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams to solve difficult and complex issues Root cause analysis / issue resolution / problem management skills with ability to intuitively determine the most effective solution or escalation path Interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills necessary for various audiences including executive management
