We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate the order fulfillment processes in our warehouses and ensure automated processes are running smoothly to maintain superior customer service standards. Servicing consumer customers, wholesalers and distributors globally.

This position oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with SASMAR's customer service and quality standards. Reports to: Supply Planning Manager

What you will do• Process customer orders, acknowledge receipt perform dispatch entries• Liaise with supply planning, logistics & warehousing teams to ensure targets are met.• Prepare export documentation for customs clearance and compliance.• Ensure correct documentation for all orders• Work with the Supply and Demand Planning Manager to ensure stock availability.• Key customer contact on order status updates, stock queries & issues for all customers• Investigate and resolve customer claims/credits• Represent the supply chain on customer service projects

Who you are• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to understand trends and patterns within numbers• Well-developed computer system skills• Must have strong attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines• Effective workload management, ability to plan work in a logical manner• Good team player and able to build and maintain relationships• Customer focussed and strive to give excellent service• Demonstrate an enthusiastic, proactive and passionate manner• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (SAP, Odoo etc)• Strong work ethic with a clear will to develop & learn• Excellent written/verbal communication and relationship skills
