Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for supporting Supply Chain cross-functional projects, process improvement, system enhancements, and business analytics and root cause. In addition, the analyst will analyze data and processes to predict and/or improve services, processes, or costs, providing recommendations on findings. The position is part of the Supply Chain team and will have customer and senior leadership facing interactions, requiring strong interpersonal skills.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Gathers, organizes and interprets relevant data from various sources and databases. Investigates problems, finds root causes and develops solutions.

Performs moderately complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data. Make recommendations for review.

Analyze data and complete root cause analyses

Provide analysis and recommendations to consistently improve business processes and technology with analysis, providing both design and execution of training on new and existing processes.

Use performance metrics to measure the scope of the improvement opportunity

Develop subject matter expertise in Supply Chain across Purchasing, Promotions, Forecasting, and Customer Service

Assist in the management of supply chain projects including the prioritization of initiatives and timelines through completion

Ability to influence business decisions and provide fact-based recommendations by analyzing and interpreting data that can occasionally be imperfect and incomplete.

Participate in strategy and project idea creation, planning, implementation, and KPI/performance tracking

Lead current vs. future state process design activities

Develop and lead the communication to varying levels within and outside the organization on status updates

Work across multiple organizations to identify gaps in process, recommend solutions

Drive the standardization of processes and the implementation of metrics and best practices
