This role plays a critical function at the RLB Facility. Our associates at the heart of everything that we do. The Education and Training Leader develops and supports the overall associate training program through the Education and Training Pillar.
The purpose of the Education & Training (E&T) Pillar is to deploy of an effective, efficient, and integrated training system at the site; building the required associate capabilities and enabling competent performance to support loss reduction.
The successful candidate will use loss data to design, develop, manage, and facilitate an operational training for hourly production associates to improve their technical skills and performance.
This role ensures that associates are equipped through training and preparation to run their respective areas efficiently to meet role expectations.
