Joining the Offer Team in TUI Musement as a Supplier Relationship Manager | Content , you will be responsible for developing and implementing the communication and engagement strategy with our suppliers, aiming for increased self-management of their products on our extranets.
ABOUT THE JOB
• Developing and driving the Supplier Support strategy in line with the overall Supply strategy to increase self-service and smoothening the supplier experience on our extranets.
• Accountable for the development of supplier communication and engagement strategy related to product setup and curation.
• Accountable for supplier onboarding processes related to our extranets.
• Accountable for content accuracy provided by suppliers on our extranets.
• Accountable for development execution of suppliers training programmes.
• Relationship management for a smooth interaction between our suppliers and the Content teams for the setup of their products on our platforms.
• Identify process and system improvement needs in cooperation with Offer Content Excellence, Product and Operational Efficiency.
• Define and drive team setups and ways of working with internal key stakeholders.
• Team management, target setting and follow up.
ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Commercial intellect and a forward-thinking approach.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and implementation skills, business acumen needed to make decisions, solve problems under tight timeframes.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs/projects in a high-growth company environment and proven record in leading multi-national teams.
• Adept at building relationships and proficient at strong stakeholder management.
• Shows readiness to work agile/collaboratively to achieve.
• Demonstrates brave decision making, being fast when needed and is data lead.
