As a Supplier Maintenance Administrative Associate in our Supplier Maintenance group, you will put your supplier knowledge and strong communication skills to good use working closely with various business areas to process and maintain our supplier records. You’ll ensure accuracy in your data by conducting proper research on each supplier record. In this role, you’ll be a valuable resource to different business areas, addressing any issues and providing strong customer service.
Must have qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of one-year data entry experience
Preferred Skills
Workday/Coupa experience
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Proficient in PC use and data entry accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional experience in working as a contributing member of a team
Demonstrated Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Compensation
Entry level: $33,000 - $41,300/year
Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
