Job Description

Passenger Service Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of a Mobility Assistance, Guest Services work team/area on an a high profile airline account on a designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. Customer Service, Hospitality or Guest Experience is a plus.  Previous Airport/Airline background is also desirable, but not required

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Passenger Service experience a plus. 
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen.
• Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal, including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.
