DealerTrack – Supervisor, Production Operations

Supervisor Production Operations monitors daily processing for Registration Administrators, including Leads and Seniors. Supervisor Production Operations maintains daily metrics of inbound/outbound transactions. Supervisor Production Operations supervises and coordinates the business processing for changing state offerings. Supervisor Production Operations assists with performance reviews and oversees all temporary staff. Supervisor Production Operations has all non-CRS TM’s reporting to him/her. Supervisor Production Operations is responsible for escalation calls and delivering the highest level of Customer Service to all Clients.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising ALL daily operations of the Production Operations Team.

Responsible for tracking daily transaction counts, completing  daily and monthly reports, and allocating resources to achieve maximum efficiencies.

Responsible for escalation calls

Collaborate with Manager Production Operations to mitigate risks associated with transactions.

Oversees all Temporary Staff

Responsible for TM performance reviews and mentoring TMs for career growth

Maintain a collaborative, engaged, and safe work environment

All other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualifications – External

High School Diploma or GED required

5 + years of related/relevant work experience

Leadership Skills

Excellent communication skills

Organizational skills

Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Working knowledge of MS Word.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) when necessary
