As the Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible to perform the following:

Job Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of paraprofessionals who receive, record and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.
  • Order products and manage out-of-stock, over-stocked products
  • Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records
  • Monitor the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization and protection of equipment.
  • Ensure all machines and equipment are operable and in good working order.
  • Lead and Supervise a team of more than 2 paraprofessionals typically without budget or hire-fire authority
  • Focuses on mentoring and developing associates.

Education and Additional Requirements

  • High School; General Education Diploma
  • Bachelors’ Degree a plus
  • Offer direction in a team environment where honest communication, a positive attitude, engagement, and personal accountability is expected.
  • Excellent leadership skills including development, supervision, and accountability
  • Computer literate; able to work in multiple systems.
