We are seeking someone to join our Financial Services team in St. Louis, MO as a Supervisor, Collections.  In this role, you will supervise domestic receivable portfolios by partnering with direct reports to ensure timely collections while maintaining an acceptable level of risk.

Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, Collections, you will:

• Drive collection performance through close mentoring and monitoring of domestic collection of accounts’ delinquencies and concerns and ensure team execution of objectives.
• Monitor bankruptcy accounts from validating and filing proof of claims through case discharge, settlement distribution and/or bad debt write off recommendation
• Prepare, review and present analytical reporting: accounts receivable invoice aging, risk concerns and highlights, open invoice terms analysis, and weekly receivables cash forecast
• Partner with the credit manager, credit analyst and collections team to communicate credit policies and procedures to internal and external partners
• Lead and drive systems enhancements by proposing solutions, assist in development process and test and implement new solutions
• Review credit requests submitted from direct reports within approval authority and approve or advise appropriately

Qualifications

We seek people with these qualifications:

• 4+ years’ relevant business experience required with experience in B2B collections, supervision, and credit
• Team leadership experience
• Detail oriented
• MS Office- Word, Excel (above average), Outlook
