In this position, you will

• Employ a formal strategy framework to institute a personalized/precision medicine approach suitable for our drug development programs in psychiatry

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify internal and external data sources, analytical clinical and biomarker tools to support the outlined strategy;

• Contribute to commercial planning teams to assess the impact of the precision psychiatry framework on commercialization of our medicines

Who you are

You are an ambitious Master’s student who is enthusiastic about scientific, but also business aspects of developing novel medicines and bringing them to patients in need.  You are currently enrolled in an MBA program, Master’s program with a focus on life sciences, or similar.

Moreover, you are

• Equipped with practical experience or deep theoretical knowledge in applying strategic frameworks to complex problems;

• Passionate about life sciences and state-of-the-art technologies such as magnetic resonance imaging, electroencephalography, genetics, digital biomarkers;

• Interested in the connection of drug development with future commercialization aspects 

• Constantly striving for high-quality work;

• Effective oral and written communicator, confident in communicating in English;

• Motivated to work in a multidisciplinary team, in a proactive, self-driven way.
