Student Career Success Manager will help our graduates to transform from learners to earners. In this role you will be responsible for empowering students with job search skills and building a bridge between junior candidates and tech companies in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a labor market research and gather insights on job search in tech in the focus countries• Come up with a concept of a career prep course for students and graduates that will provide them with all the knowledge and skills required to land there first job in tech (areas: software engineering and data analytics)• Together with the content and student experience team create new or repurpose existing content and tools for the career prep course• Launch the course for the first students and graduates, gather feedback and make adjustments in order to increase participation and improve graduates’ outcomes• Hire and manage a team of HR and Tech experts that will be helping students with CV and portfolio• Establish relationships with 10+ tech companies that are willing to hire Practicum graduates including internship format• Provide constant feedback to the Product team and Students experience team regarding the correlation between the education program and job market needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in tech, specifically with software engineers and data scientists• 1+ years in Product Management as a plus• Deep understanding of HR practices and principles• Deep understanding of tech labor market in Brazil• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English and Brazilian Portuguese• You approach every task in goal-oriented, self-organized and empathetic manner
