Job description

If you join us as a Business Manager, you will work closely with the colleagues across the Strategy Directorate in helping to drive forward priority projects and change initiatives across the organisation, as well as supporting the development of our strategic offer to the organisation and promoting the value and impact we bring. You will lead on specific change projects that will improve the services we offer to children and families and you will manage a small team of administrators who provide invaluable support and process development to teams across the strategy directorate such as communications, policy, analytics, legal and governance.

Minimum of HND or NVQ4 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.

Experience of working to deadlines and with attention to detail.

Experience of prioritising tasks.

Experience maintaining internal records and setting up appropriate systems.

Experience of line management or mentoring a member of staff.

Excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft Office
