What are we looking for?

• Degree in a business-related field
• Supply Chain designation or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel
• 5 years’ experience in operations required, experience in Supply Chain preferred
• Strong project management experience
• Analytical as well as proven time management skills
  Ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization    

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Owner of Supply Management Review (Step 3 S&OP process)

• You will work closely with demand and supply chain teams to translate and validate demand plans into a supply plan projection in a 4 to 36 period horizon as part of the Monthly Business Planning process (S&OP) to achieve sustainable supply plan accuracy.

• Manage adherence to Supply Plan and alignment of stakeholders by analysing supply trends to anticipate shortfalls or exceptions

• Continually improve the quality and reliability of the Plan and propose improvements to increase the Company's ability to sense changing circumstances.

• You will also manage the Supply Network to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover and distribution costs.

• Support manufacturing locations and build relationships with the site associates.

• Lead and develop team of Planning Analysts to ensure high level of performance and development.

• Build and maintain good communication and collaboration with partners.

• Ensure that a continuous improvement culture is developed and sustained. 

• Understand customer and supplier environment/requirements that will contribute to proactive decision making.
