Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Supply Chain Design and Analytics Analyst III will focus on business projects to support long-term supply chain strategies and business goals. We seek a professional to help set and monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. This positionwill support the Global Edible Oils (GEOS) North America business.

Key Accountabilities

• Use substantial knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures to navigate through data and technology challenges, upgrades and changes.
• Execute and implement complex projects and process improvements to drive continuousimprovement across the organization.
• Monitor processes and ensure best practices are shared among locations.
• Operate as the key contact point to help build models for network design and optimization work.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Six years of related experience with at least three in supply chain planning
• Experience with supply chain design andoptimization tools

Short Description

This position is located in Wayzata, MN, but could also be supported remotely.
